Michigan State May Legalize Cannabis In 2016


Legalize Cannabis
Medical marijuana was legalized in Michigan in 2008, but the state is still passing laws to build the best running system. A group of cannabis advocates in the state are extending a petition deadline they had set for themselves in order to boost their chances of getting Legalize Cannabis question on the ballot in November, according to the Detroit Free Press. The cannabis reform committee will need signatures from 250,000 registered voters to earn it a spot on the November 2016 ballot. If they are able to obtain the signatures, it is expected to pass.
